What do you enjoy most about your job?
I can freely think about whatever questions which interest me, while the papers I wrote are under my name.

Read historical books! History always repeats.
What is your research specialisation and why is it so interesting?
Agricultural Policy analysis and machine learning. Food is a basic need for human, and farmers are the backbone of a society but they are often neglected. How to make good policies to sustainably produce food while increase farmers’ welfare? Machine learning provides new and efficient tools to better analyse agricultural policies, better predict policy consequences, and better communicate with stakeholders.
What was your dream job as a child?
A village Leader. This was the most powerful and influential person I could personally meet when I was a child.
Who would you like to meet for a coffee?
Karl Marx. I want to know what is the Marxism in the eyes of Marx .
